— Stephen Jawork, charged with driving under the influence-first offense and driving under the influence-second offense, fined $2,500, placed on probation for 66 months and house arrest for 90 days and 72 hours.

— Alyse Dremel, charged with retail theft, placed on probation for two years and house arrest for two months.

— Nathan Lullo, charged with criminal trespass, fined $200, placed on probation for six months and shall complete 50 hours of community service.

— Alexis Nicole Metzger, charged with disorderly conduct and harassment, fined $600.

— Robert Lee Furl, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, fined $300 and placed on probation for six months.

— Irvin Steve Sanders, III, charged with delivery of a 1/2 ounce of crack cocaine, sentenced to three to six years in a State Correctional Institution.

— Joshua B. Smith, charged with possession of instruments of crime and possession with intent to deliver a gram of bath salts, sentenced to four to 23 months in the Clinton County Correctional Facility, fined $500, placed on probation for two years.

— Charles Monroe, charged with simple assault, sentenced to 79 days to 23 months in the Clinton County Correctional Facility.

— Tylar Mark Titus, charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition, shall pay $2,072.07 in restitution, placed on probation for two years and shall complete five months in the Clinton County Day Reporting Center Program.

— Tyler S. Dewald, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, fined $1,000, placed on probation for six months and shall complete six days in the Clinton County Day Reporting Center Program.

— Rodney Brian Gressley, charged with fraudulently obtaining assistance, fined $100, placed on probation for 18 months, shall pay $7,389 in restitution and complete 90 days in the Clinton County Day Reporting Center Program.

— Kaylee Elizabeth Probst, charged with driving under the influence, fined $1,000, shall complete 100 hours of community service, placed on probation for five years and house arrest for six days.
