Retail theft

MILL HALL — A 39-year-old woman was arrested after multiple thefts from Walmart between July 28 and Sept. 22, according to state police at Lamar.

The arrestee allegedly modified the price tags on multiple items, totaling 13 thefts, police said.

Burglary

MILL HALL — Police responded to Steven K. Bierly Trucking at approximately 6:43 a.m., Sept. 23, following a report of a burglary, said state police at Lamar.

At some point overnight, an unknown perpetrator allegedly forced their way through the door and stole $3,229.73, police said.

The investigation is currently underway, police said.

Harrassment

MILL HALL — Police responded to a fight at the Clinton County Fairgrounds on Sept. 27 that occurred between Dustin Crawford, 28, of Lamar; Dameon Ilgen, 29, of Avis; and Jason Smith, 44, of Beech Creek, according to state police at Lamar.

Charges were filed through MDL 25-3-02, police said.

DUI

LOGANTON — Police conducted a traffic stop on Oct. 1, near the area of Narrows Road and Holdrens Lane, according to state police at Lamar.

Through further investigation, it was learned that the driver, Zachary Holdren, 26, of Loganton, was intoxicated, police said.

The investigation is ongoing.

Drug possession

MILL HALL — Police responded to a vaping incident at Central Mountain High School on Oct. 2, at approximately 1:36 p.m., according to state police at Lamar.

The vape tested positive for THC, police said.

Charges were filed for a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia through Clinton County Juvenile Probation Office, police said.

Open lewdness

MILL HALL — Police responded to investigate a report of a male who urinated on the sidewalk in front of Little Caesar’s Pizza on Oct. 2, according to state police at Lamar.

The male was not present at the scene when the officer showed up, police said.

The investigation is ongoing pending review of security camera footage, police said.

Harrassment

MILL HALL — A domestic incident occurred near Fairground Road, Lamar Township, on Oct. 4, according to state police at Lamar.

The incident was between the arrestee, a 35-year-old woman from Lock Haven, and a 38-year-old man from Mill Hall, police said.

Physical contact was reported and charges were filed through MDJ 25-3-02, police said.
