— Michael Jonathan P. Holt, charged with possession of 15.21 grams of methamphetamine and possession of 36 Bromazolam tablets, placed on probation for two years and fined $100.

— Tiffany Marie Rupert, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, fined $300, shall attend and successfully complete the Alcohol Highway Safety School and placed on probation for six months.

— Devan Maris McGowan, charged with theft by unlawful taking, placed on probation for 90 days, shall pay $206.86 in restitution and complete 100 hours of community service.

— Chad Justin Hooven, charged with driving under the influence-second offense and sale/illegal use of certain solvents, shall attend and successfully complete the Alcohol Highway Safety School, fined $1,500, sentenced to three months to five years in the Clinton County Correctional Facility and six months on probation.

— Jennifer Nichole Smith, charged with possession with intent to deliver 950 grams of sham methamphetamine and 28 grams of methamphetamine, shall pay $2,192 in restitution and be sentenced to three to 10 years in a State Correctional Institution.
