Just before 11:25 a.m. Thursday, emergency crews were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident with injuries at the off-ramp of Mill Hall Road in Bald Eagle Township near its intersection with Hogan Boulevard. Initial reports indicated a head injury to one of the occupants. Upon arrival, responders found that one vehicle had collided with a truck and trailer. One individual was transported to UPMC Lock Haven for evaluation and treatment. Both lanes of the off ramp were temporarily shut down while crews operated and cleared the scene. Martin Motors was requested for towing services.
