— Zachariah James Baney, charged with causing an accident involving damage to attended vehicle/property, shall complete 75 hours of community service.

— Gabriel John Slusser, charged with driving under the influence-second offense and driving while license is suspended for DUI, fined $1,250, shall attend and complete the Alcohol Highway Safety School, placed on house arrest for six months and house arrest for 30 days.

— Jessica Dawn Shaffer, charged with retail theft, placed on probation for one year, fined $180 and shall pay $180 in restitution.

— Destini Rhiannon Geraty-Neff, charged with retail theft, fined $100, shall pay $1 in restitution and placed on probation for one year.

— Brittany Boatman, charged with retail theft, fined $150, shall pay $266.36 in restitution and placed on probation for two years.

— Richard Wayne Davis, Jr., charged with making an unsworn falsification to authorities, fined $500, placed on probation for one year.

— Joseph William Martz, charged with driving under the influence-third offense, fined $1,500, shall attend and complete the Alcohol Highway Safety School and sentenced to three months to 10 years in the Clinton County Correctional Facility.
