— Mark Sinkiewicz, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, fined $300 and placed on probation for six months.

— Haley Elizabeth James, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, fined $300 and placed on probation for six months.

— Andrew James Yeager, charged with violating probation, fined $500, sentenced to one to 23 months in the Clinton County Correctional Facility and placed on house arrest for three months.

— Bradley Marsh Sellinger, charged with three counts of retail theft, shall complete 50 hours of community service, shall pay $498.50 in restitution, placed on probation for two years and five months in the Day Reporting Center Program.
