JERSEY SHORE — A 29-year-old Jersey Shore woman faces felony charges after being accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a 13-year-old. According to an arrest affidavit filed by Officer Justin Segura of the Lycoming Regional Police Department, the department received a report regarding the relationship between the minor and Amber Lee Koch, 29, of Long Lane, Nippenose Township, on Sept. 3, 2025. Rauchtown man accused of stealing vehicle radiators at Penn College

WILLIAMSPORT — Tanner Barry Sanders, 24, of 3193 Rauchtown Road, Crawford Township, has been arrested on charges of allegedly stealing three vehicle radiators from behind the Pennsylvania College of Technology’s Earth Science Center at 203 Allenwood Camp Lane, outside Montgomery, on Dec. 7, according to Penn College police. Investigators located the stolen radiators in the back of his truck the next day in the 400 block of Trinity Place in the city, it was stated in an affidavit.
