Failure to yield LOCK HAVEN — State police at Lamar responded to a two vehicle crash on Dec. 16 around 7:44 a.m. along Cider Press Road and Julia Drive. A 2012 Ford Explorer, driven by Ronald Dorce, 36, of Lock Haven, failed to yield to oncoming traffic and pulled out in front of a 2012 Chevrolet Camaro, driven by Chase D. Beard, 19, of Lock Haven, police said. Beard was unable to avoid hitting Dorce’s vehicle, causing minor damage to the Explorer, police said.
