Trespass with assault LOCK HAVEN — Vanessa Wagner, 41, of Lock Haven, was arrested and charged with felony criminal trespass, and misdemeanors of simple assault and disorderly conduct following an incident at 127 Woodward Ave. on Nov. 8, according to Woodward Township Police. Wagner allegedly entered an apartment and assaulted the occupant by grabbing the victim and punching them multiple times, police said.
