It is the policy of The Express that this information will not be withheld from publication. — Krystle Lee Oliveira, charged with criminal trespass, placed on probation for three years, sentenced to 11 days at the Clinton County Correctional Facility and 19 days in the Clinton County Day Reporting Center Program. — Taylor James Godfrey, charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition, shall pay $2,432.65 in restitution, fined $600, placed on probation for three years and house arrest for four months.

Trespass with assault LOCK HAVEN — Vanessa Wagner, 41, of Lock Haven, was arrested and charged with felony criminal trespass, and misdemeanors of simple assault and disorderly conduct following an incident at 127 Woodward Ave. on Nov. 8, according to Woodward Township Police. Wagner allegedly entered an apartment and assaulted the occupant by grabbing the victim and punching them multiple times, police said.
