Multiple retail thefts pending MILL HALL — Charges of retail theft are pending for two incidents that occurred at Walmart along Hogan Boulevard, Bald Eagle Township, on Sept. 11, state police at Lamar said. The first incident was reported at 8:42 a.m., when a 37-year-old Lock Haven woman was accused of trying to steal $266.36 in general merchandise, police said. The second incident occurred later in the day when a 37-year-old was accused of trying to steal $1,667.49 worth of merchandise, police said.
