Violation of PFA RENOVO — Renovo police have charged 39-year-old Clayton Policastro, currently incarcerated in state prison and formerly of Albion, Pa., for violating a protection from abuse order against a Renovo resident on April 27. Police said Policastro is scheduled to appear before the Clinton County Court of Common Pleas. According to police, Policastro has previously been charged by Renovo Police and convicted with violating this same PFA on three separate dates in 2024. Police said Policastro has been sentenced to additional time in jail on those prior offenses. ...

Two vehicle crash LAMAR — No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle crash along Interstate 80 East in Lamar Township on May 24, state police at Lamar said. At 12:39 a.m., Matthew O. Garneau, 19, of Jacksonville, Fla., was traveling east in the center lane in his 2019 Chevrolet Silverado when he struck a slower moving 2023 Freightliner, driven by Shaun Morgan, 48, of Irwin, Pa., police said. Pa. man wounded by state police is in jail; Reason for the shooting in Greene Township remains undisclosed

LOCK HAVEN — The Williamsport man state police wounded following a May 24 pursuit in parts of two counties has been jailed in lieu of $200,000 bail. Jordan Joseph Lantz, 36, was arraigned Tuesday, but information on what led to him being shot on Interstate 80 near Loganton still has not been disclosed.
