Former KCSD employee sentenced to prison after sending explicit videos to a student

From Pennlive LOCK HAVEN — A former Keystone Central School District teacher’s aide who admitted sending sexually explicit videos and messages to a male middle school student has received a state prison term. Brittany Kay Koch, 30, of Beech Creek, was sentenced Tuesday by Clinton County Judge Craig Miller to 18 to 48 months followed by three years of probation. She also must register as a sex offender for 15 years. Co-defendant, Dana Ann Kitchen of Lock Haven was sentenced in February to 27 months to 6 years, followed by two years’ probation. Terroristic threats RENOVO — A 16-year-old Renovo boy has been charged with making terroristic threats, cyber harassment of a child and endangering a public safety official, according to the Renovo Police Department. The charges stem from incidents that allegedly occurred between May 26-28 at Bucktail Area High School and along Huron Avenue in Chapman Township, police said. Violation of PFA RENOVO — Renovo police have charged 39-year-old Clayton Policastro, currently incarcerated in state prison and formerly of Albion, Pa., for violating a protection from abuse order against a Renovo resident on April 27. Police said Policastro is scheduled to appear before the Clinton County Court of Common Pleas. According to police, Policastro has previously been charged by Renovo Police and convicted with violating this same PFA on three separate dates in 2024.
