WILLIAMSPORT — While in the 100 block of Maynard Street on the night of July 6, Thomas Baldwin Gibson, 23, of Gibrock Lane, Jersey Shore, blocked another man’s vehicle with his own, jumped on the hood of the man’s car and pointed a handgun at him before getting down and fleeing in his Subaru Forester, Williamsport City Police alleged in an affidavit. LOGAN MILLS — Just before 1 p.m. on Friday afternoon, the Sugar Valley Fire Company, the Goodwill Hose Company and the Pennsylvania State Police responded to the scene of an accident involving a vehicle and an Amish buggy in the area of West Valley Road and Mountainside Acres, near Logan Mills.
