Park ordinance violation LOCK HAVEN — Woodward Township police have received several complaints of dogs being walked in Riverview Park without a leash, which has caused concern for other park visitors. DUI LOCK HAVEN — On March 22, at 2:32 a.m., state police at Lamar stopped a driver on the 100 Block of East Water Street, Lock Haven, for traffic violations. The driver, a 33-year-old, of Lock Haven, was operating a 2009 gray Chevrolet Equinox, police said.
