One-vehicle crash WOODWARD — William Slusser, II, 36, of Millmont, lost control of his 2018 Toyota Tundra on a snow-covered section of Winkelblech Mountain Road in Haines Township while attempting to negotiate a turn in the road, according to state police at Rockview. The vehicle travelled off the left side of the road and down an embankment where it struck a tree. Neither Slusser nor his passenger were injured, but the Toyota sustained disabling damage and had to be towed, police said. Simple assault, others LOCK HAVEN — Lily Dugan, 27, was arrested by Woodward Township Police for assault causing injury and resisting arrest on Jan. 17, 2025.
