One-vehicle crash WOODWARD — William Slusser, II, 36, of Millmont, lost control of his 2018 Toyota Tundra on a snow-covered section of Winkelblech Mountain Road in Haines Township while attempting to negotiate a turn in the road, according to state police at Rockview. The vehicle travelled off the left side of the road and down an embankment where it struck a tree. Neither Slusser nor his passenger were injured, but the Toyota sustained disabling damage and had to be towed, police said. Simple assault, others LOCK HAVEN — Lily Dugan, 27, was arrested by Woodward Township Police for assault causing injury and resisting arrest on Jan. 17, 2025. Police said Dugan was found in possession of drug paraphernalia and transported to the Clinton County Correctional Facility, pending preliminary arraignment.
