Reckless endangerment MILL HALL — A 45-year-old Mill Hall man was charged with reckless endangerment after state police at Lamar responded to reports of shots being fired in the area of Mill Branch Road, Bald Eagle Township on Dec. 24. False imprisonment MILL HALL — On Dec. 5, state police arrested Brandon Bitner, 41, of Mill Hall, following their response to an address along Eagle Valley Road in Bald Eagle Township. Once police arrived on scene, troopers learned the victim, a 40-year-old female of Mill Hall, was being held against her will inside the home.
