DUI alleged LAMAR — A 52-year-old Philadelphia man driving a 2004 Lexus GX470 was arrested for driving under the influence on Nov. 30, shortly after 2 p.m., after he was discovered slumped over in the driver’s seat with an electronic duster in his hand, according to state police at Lamar. LOCK HAVEN — A Lock Haven woman has been charged with witness intimidation after allegedly threatening the life of her husband’s reported sexual assault victim, according to the Woodward Township Police Department. Fay Anne Willits, 40, of East Hillside Drive, Lock Haven, was served with a felony arrest warrant for intimidation of a victim or witness on Dec. 10, 2024, at her residence on East Hillside Drive after she allegedly said that she was going to kill the victim and another witness involved in a criminal case involving her husband, William A. State police say they have suspect in fatal shooting of dog in Pa. county

WESTPORT — State police say they have identified a suspect in the fatal shooting of a dog reported missing in rural northwestern Clinton County. Troopers at Lamar said a 33-year-old Westport man reported last Monday his 11-year-old yellow Labrador retriever never returned after they left it about 5:30 a.m. that day. The owner, when looking for the dog, went onto a neighboring property where police said blood, dog hair and other biological matter of the animal was found.
