New console organ RENOVO — As part of an initiative to enhance the worship service at Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, 1100 Huron Ave., Renovo, the Stephen Poorman Trust gifted an Allen Console Renaissance Organ. The instrument features a 32 note AGO pedal board, three crescendo pedals, 12 toe studs and 28 programmable pistons, with antiphonal speakers. The instrument was dedicated in memory of Pearl Hall Poorman, the mother of Steve Poorman, who was born and raised at Point Breeze in South Renovo.
