Delivery of The Express community newspaper print edition may be delayed — or impossible — Thursday and Friday mornings due to deteriorating road conditions from the ice-snow storm. Carriers and haulers who are unable to make delivery due to snowy, slippery roads and associated hazards will deliver those papers when conditions allow.
