Express office closed temporarily today, Nov. 16

Express Community Newspaper Office at 9-11 W. Main St. in downtown Lock Haven is temporarily closed today, Tuesday, Nov. 16. Due to an issue with the heating system, the office will be closed until noon today, Nov. 16. Staff are not available for phone calls until after the office opens. We ask for our customers' patience as we work to resolve the situation. Staff are working from home and checking their emails.

A freeze warning is in effect from midnight tonight to 9 a.m. Wednesday throughout much of Central Pennsylvania The National Weather Service said sub-freezing temperatures as low as 30 are expected in Clinton, Centre, Potter, Lycoming and surrounding counties. Clinton County government reinstates masking for visitors

LOCK HAVEN - Beginning Monday, Sept. 13 at 8 a.m., all Clinton County government buildings will require all guests, regardless of vaccination status, to wear a mask inside buildings.
