HARRISBURG - The Board of Governors for Pennsylvania’s State System of Higher Education today approved two plans to integrate Lock Haven, Bloomsburg and Mansfield Universities in the east, and Clarion, California and Edinboro in the west. LOCK HAVEN - Lock Haven City Council approved a request to close the Grove Street entrance of the East Church Street Parking Lot for outdoor dining. Don Powers, owner of The Old Corner, made the request during Monday night’s city council meeting.
