LOCK HAVEN - One local young man is dead and another is charged with criminal homicide following a shooting on Friday night. Jakob Lee Haines, 21, of Beech Creek, was pronounced dead at the scene of the incident by Clinton County Coroner Zach Hanna, who said Haines died of a "close contact gunshot wound to the chest," and ruled the manner of death as homicide following an autopsy Saturday at Mt.
