Edgar C. Royer, 71, of Lock Haven, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2026, at UPMC Williamsport. Born Feb. 20, 1955, in Lock Haven, he was a son of the late Jacob, Jr. and Evelyn (Leigey) Royer.
