Jane Boyer, 85, of Woodward Meadows, Lock Haven, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2024, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville. Born Dec. 22, 1938 in Swissdale, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Ida Helbley Shoemaker. Jane was a 1956 graduate of Lock Haven High School. In 1957, she married John L. Boyer, Sr., with whom she shared 62 wonderful years of marriage before his passing in 2019. Jane was employed by Woolrich Woolen Mills as a seamstress.
