Franklin Leroy Kramer

Franklin Leroy Kramer, 83, of North Port, Fla., unexpectedly went home to be with his Lord Friday March 22, with his wife, Janet, by his side. He was born Jan. 13, 1941 in Lock Haven, Pa., to Ernest and Charolette Kramer. Frank was a graduate of Lock Haven High School. He was a veteran of the National Guard, worked at Hammermill Paper Co. and was the manager of the Lock Haven Laundry. After retiring, he was a consultant at Greico’s Laundry. Frank Earl Miller, 74, of Lewisburg, Pa., previously of Howard, passed away peacefully on March 20, 2024 at Riverwoods nursing home in Lewisburg. Born on June 25, 1949 in Lock Haven, Pa., he was the son of the late Clair William Miller and Isabelle Marie Gray Miller. Frank grew up in Howard and attended Bald Eagle Area High School. In 1968 he enlisted in the U.S. Army and served two tours of duty in Vietnam. Following that, he was employed by Haven Homes until he started his own construction business.
