William Thurston Stoner

William Thurston Stoner, 81, of Lock Haven, Pa., passed away at his home on March 6, 2026, following a heart attack. Born April 4, 1944, in Lock Haven, he was the son of the late Thurston and Vida (Fiedler) Stoner. William graduated from Lock Haven High School and later earned a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Lock Haven University. He was employed by the Clinton County Department of Welfare as a social worker until his retirement in 2000.
