Robert E. “Bob” Haffley, 94, of Hughesville, Pa., passed away on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at UPMC Williamsport Hospital. Born March 11, 1932, in Lock Haven, Pa., he was one of three children of the late Eugene F. and Edna Mae (Embick) Haffley, In November 1990 he married Betty Lou (Murphy) Hill, and together they celebrated 36 years of marriage. Bob was a graduate of Mill Hall High School, received a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from State Teachers College in Lock Haven and received Elementary School Principal Certification from the Pennsylvania State University. ...

Kenneth R. (Ken) Raffensperger, 67, passed away on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, in Mill Hall. Born in Lancaster, Ken was the son of the late Charles and Rachel (Koser) Raffensperger Cramer. Ken was the romantic partner of Karin M. Marshall, with whom he shared a year’s long relationship. He was a 1977 graduate of Manheim Central High School.
