Connie Reeder, 85, of Lock Haven, passed away Thursday, Feb. 19, 2026 at UPMC Williamsport Hospital. Born Dec. 17, 1940 in Lock Haven, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Ruth Packer Russell. On June 20, 1959 at the Flemington United Methodist Church, Connie married Allen D. Reeder, Sr., who survives.
