WEST CHESTER — The Lock Haven softball team traveled to West Chester to take on West Chester in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference East conference action. Lock Haven fell in both games, 5-3 and 10-2 Lock Haven moves to 9-9, while the Golden Rams improve to 9-9. LOCK HAVEN — The Lock Haven lacrosse team opened Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Western Division play at home and the Bald Eagles picked up a dominating, 19-7, victory over visiting Edinboro (1-5, 0-1 PSAC West). Picked third in the PSAC West Preseason Coaches’ poll, Lock Haven improved to 4-2 overall (1-0 PSAC West). The Bald Eagles are now 3-1 at home on the Charlotte Smith Field turf this season. CLEVELAND — Penn State started planting the seeds of its fifth consecutive championship on Day 1 of the 2026 NCAA Div. I Wrestling Championships on Thursday at Rocket Arena. CLEVELAND — The Penn State Nittany Lion wrestling team went a perfect 10-0 in the first session of the 2026 NCAA Wrestling Championships in Cleveland, Ohio. Penn State sits in first place in the early team standings after one round of action in Cleveland’s Rocket Arena.
