Williamsport Regional Airport receives $900K FAA grant for taxiway rehab

MONTOURSVILLE — Williamsport Regional Airport (IPT) has received a $900,000 grant through the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airport Improvement Program (AIP) to rehabilitate approximately 2,500 feet of Taxiway B and extend the pavement’s useful life. According to a release from the airport, the federally funded project will support critical infrastructure improvements designed to maintain safe and efficient aircraft operations at the airport.
