LOCK HAVEN — Luther the Jet, Hobo King in 1995-96 and again 2024-25, will be visiting Clinton County on May 31, from 2 to 4 p.m., at the Poorman Gallery, 352 E. Water St., Lock Haven. Following a stint in the Army and a PHD in French Literature from University of Wisconsin-Madison, Luther was drawn by the lure of the rails to start hopping freights again, something he hadn’t done since he was a kid growing up in Pennsylvania.
