Through this program, eligible senior residents can volunteer in district schools and receive up to a $500 credit on next year’s school property taxes. LOCK HAVEN — The Covenant Cafe, an activity group for those in the early stages of Alzheimer’s disease or other dementias, will be meeting on Tuesday, April 7, from 1 to 3 p.m., at Covenant United Methodist Church, 44 W. Main St., Lock Haven. The group will be viewing a photo show of their activities in the past year compiled by volunteer photographer, Bill Raco.
