Former township secretary sentenced; must pay back $160K to municipality

LOCK HAVEN — A former township secretary will pay back over $150,000 to a Clinton County municipality, according to a sentence handed down by Clinton County of Common Pleas Judge Michael F. Salisbury. Kae Ann Weber, 65, of Mill Hall, was arrested on Feb. 10 after an investigation into her alleged theft while serving as secretary for Beech Creek Township.
