LOCK HAVEN — Lock Haven City Council approved a number of use requests for various events and beautification leading from late summer into the fall. First for approval was a request from the Lock Haven Regatta Foundation to close Water Street from Jay Street to Washington Street from Sept. 3 to 8 for the annual Labor Day Regatta.
