BELLEFONTE — Due to the unavailability of potential candidates for interview this week, Bellefonte Borough Council has postponed its appointment of a potential individual to fill a vacant seat in its South Ward until Aug. 17. The decision was made during its regular meeting on Monday night by Council member Joanne Tosti-Vasey. MILL HALL — The Keystone Central School District has launched its search for its next superintendent. In July, the district’s board of directors unanimously approved hiring Templeton Advantage, LLC, in partnership with BLaST Intermediate Unit #17, to lead the process.
