Witner, 39, of 1091 River Mill Road, Jersey Shore, will stand trial on for rape and other sex assault charges relating to contact with a 15-year-old girl at his residence on Dec. 3, 2025, District Judge Denise Dieter ruled following a preliminary hearing Friday morning. JERSEY SHORE- A 14-year-old boy has been arrested on assault-related charges after stabbing another teenager with a box cutter on Sunday afternoon in the 100 block of Broad Street, Lycoming Regional police said. The injured 17-year-old male suffered lacerations to his upper body, including one to his neck, Police Chief Christopher Kriner said. Both teens live in the borough, he added.
