r The Clinton County Voter Registration Office at the Garden Building at Main and Jay Streets is open for the acceptance of new registrations or changes in present registrations. Voter registration statistics for the week ending Aug. 1: Two new Republican Party registrations, six new Democratic Party registrations, one new registration with no affiliation, five changes of party and 29 address changes; Total voters: 20,200, of which 8,657 are Republican, 8,945 are Democratic, 123 are Libertarian and 2,475 are other party affiliations.
