— Isaac Nathanial Lawson, of Lock Haven, charged with two counts of conspiracy to posess contraband/controlled substance and two counts of conspiracy to manufacuture/deliver/posess with intent to manufacture/deliver, waived for court

— Serenity Laine Smith, of Lock Haven, charged with criminal trespass-enter structure, waived for court.

— Rachel Leigh Rich, of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence-second offense, operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility, driving without a license and failure to keep right, waived for court.

— Sarah Katelyn Kunes, of Beech Creek, charged with two counts of aggravted assault-attempts to cause or causes bodily injury, disarming a law enforcement officer without lawful authorization, two counts of resisting arrest and escape, waived for court.

— Bradley Lee Fields, of Avis, charged with driving under the influence-first offense and careless driving, waived for court.

— Paige Lynn Emerick, of Jersey Shore, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, exceeding 35 mph in an urban district by 10 mph and careless driving, waived for court.

— Tammie L. Hicks, of Blanchard, charged with retail theft-take merchandise, waived for court.

— David Alan Bartles, of Renovo, charged with simple assault, dismissed, using an incapacitation device, disorderly conduct-engage in fighting and prohibited procession, held for court.

— Tory Wayne Confer, of Howard, charged with driving under the influence-third offense, disregard for traffic lane (single), violating restrictions on alcoholic beverages and operating unsafe equipment, waived for court.

— Galon Richard Glossner, homeless, charged with defiant trespass-communication from occupant, moved to non-traffic citation, defiant trespass-communication from occupant and disorderly conduct-hazardous/phyically offensive condition, withdrawn.
