— Donald Duane Dangle Jr., of Jersey Shore, charged with driving under the influence-third offense and careless driving, waived for court.

— Andrew William Batschelet, of Lock Haven, charged with making terroristic threats and disorderly conduct-engage in fighting, waived for court.

— River Adam Specht, of Beech Creek, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, disregard traffic lane-single, causing accidental damage to unattended vehicle/property, failure to report an accident to police and careless driving, waived for court.

— Nicholas Lawrence Gower, of Lock Haven, charged with three counts of aggravated assault-attempts/causes bodily injury, criminal mischief-damage property, three counts of simple assault, disorderly conduct-engage in fighting and three counts of harassment-subject others to physical contact, waived for court.

— Chelsy Lynn Golden, of Lock Haven, charged with retail theft-under ring, waived for court.

— Ronilson Joel Amaya Mejia, of Columbus, Ohio, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, possession of a small amount of marijuana for personal use, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while operating privileges are suspended/revoked, improper sunscreening and following too closely, waived for court.
