Vehicle disabled in crash LOGANTON — The driver of a 2017 Mazda CX-5 denied injuries following a one-vehicle crash along West Valley Road in Logan Township on Feb. 22, state police at Lamar said. At 12:47 p.m., Miranda O. Sosa, 23, of Haddon Township, N.J., was traveling south on the roadway when, while negotiating a left curve, traveled off the west side and struck a ditch, police said. Bear enters road, causes crash LAMAR — No injuries were reported in a one-vehicle crash involving a bear along Interstate 80 East in Lamar Township on March 27, state police at Lamar said. At 8:45 p.m., Joshua P. Gosselin, 20, of Effort, Pa., was traveling in the right lane when the bear entered the roadway, striking his 2009 Buick Lucerne, on the front passenger side, police said. PSP looking for rig driver in probe of fatal hit-and-run

WILLIAMSPORT — State police say they are looking for the driver of a truck tractor pulling a Walmart trailer in connection with a fatal hit-and-run early Saturday in Lycoming County. Surveillance video from near the accident site on Route 220 west of Williamsport showed a dark truck tractor pulling a white Walmart trailer equipped with side skirts about 5:10 a.m., they said Thursday.
