JERSEY SHORE — A 29-year-old Jersey Shore woman faces felony charges after being accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a 13-year-old. According to an arrest affidavit filed by Officer Justin Segura of the Lycoming Regional Police Department, the department received a report regarding the relationship between the minor and Amber Lee Koch, 29, of Long Lane, Nippenose Township, on Sept. 3, 2025.
