Vehicle rear ended MILL HALL — Police were called to a rear end collision at the intersection of Hogan Boulevard and King Arthur Drive on Aug. 9, according to state police at Lamar. At 10:57 a.m., the driver of a 2005 Chevrolet Cobalt failed to notice the red light and a 2017 Chevrolet Impala stopped in the southbound turning lane, resulting in the collision, police said. ATV accident BEECH CREEK — A 17-year-old female was reported with suspected minor injuries after a single ATV accident on Beech Creek Mountain Road on Aug. 8 at 7:54 p.m., according to state police at Lamar. The driver was allegedly traveling too fast for road conditions, resulting in over-correction of the vehicle and loss of control, police said. The driver bailed from the ATV before it collided with a tree on the right side of the roadway, police said.
