State police search for missing Madisonburg teen

MADISONBURG —A 16-year-old Madisonburg boy was reported missing Sunday morning after leaving his parents’ home following an argument the night prior, according to state police. PSP Rockview said Joey Anthony Torres left his house on the 4600 block of Brush Valley Road in Miles Township around 5:40 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 11. He was last seen near the Millheim Fire Department around 8 p.m. that evening. Torres is described as 5 feet 8 inches tall, approximately 160 pounds, with dark brown hair and a tan complexion. DUI alleged MILL HALL — Charges are pending against a driver accused of driving under the influence following a traffic stop along Eagle Valley Road, Bald Eagle Township on Sept. 20, state police at Lamar said. At 12:38 a.m., troopers stopped a 2022 Chevrolet Trail Blazer for Title 75 violations. Milesburg motorcycle accident claims Snow Shoe man’s life

MILESBURG — Aiden Lee ChunJian Andrews, 21, of Snow Shoe, died Friday, Oct. 3, from injuries sustained in a motorcycle crash during the morning rush hour in Milesburg. According to state police at Rockview, the crash occurred at 7:15 a.m. on the 300 block of Turnpike Street when Andrews’ 2025 Suzuki GSXR struck the rear of a 2021 Ford Ecosport driven by a 51-year-old Bellefonte man. Miller, 46, of Blanchard, was arrested on foot after a DUI-related hit-and-run on Greico Drive in Pine Creek Township, at 4:04 p.m. Aug. 25, according to state police at Lamar.
