LOCK HAVEN — The Clinton County motorist accused of killing a father and his unborn child in a wrong-way driving accident wants all evidence, including blood alcohol test results obtained through a search warrant, quashed. Dwight L. Max Donald Fox, 38, of 332 Washington Ave., Jersey Shore, has been arrested on charges of unlawful dissemination of an intimate image and harassment after posting on social media last month a photo of a former partner “engaged in sexual conduct,” Lycoming Regional police alleged in a court document.
