$150 stolen NORTH BEND — Two Lock Haven residents were arrested for theft by deception following an incident in Chapman Township between July 9 and 13, Renovo Borough Police said. Paige McCabe, 33, and Jason Winkelman, 42, were cited for theft after they allegedly sold a refrigerator to a resident of the township and never delivered the item, police said.
