$150 stolen NORTH BEND — Two Lock Haven residents were arrested for theft by deception following an incident in Chapman Township between July 9 and 13, Renovo Borough Police said. Paige McCabe, 33, and Jason Winkelman, 42, were cited for theft after they allegedly sold a refrigerator to a resident of the township and never delivered the item, police said. Winkelman and McCabe were given multiple opportunities to deliver the refrigerator or refund the money to the victim, neither of which occurred, police said.
