BELLEFONTE — A 45-year-old Bellefonte woman was indicted on child pornagraphy related charges through the United States Attorney General’s office. Shannon M. Ishler was indicted by a federal grand jury this week for production of child pornography by any parent, legal guardian and person having custody or control of a minor and possession of child pornography, according to a release from the US Attorney General’s Office’s Middle District of Pennsylvania. DUI HYNER — State police at Lamar initiated a traffic stop on a 2018 black Ram in Chapman Township on Aug. 5, at approximately 7:34 p.m., police said. Through investigation, it was determined that the operator, a 30-year-old Renovo woman, was under the influence of alcohol, police said. The operator was arrested for DUI and was transported to PSP Lamar for chemical testing, according to police. This investigation is ongoing.
