Felony warrant arrest DUNNSTOWN — Travis Condo, 43, of Lock Haven, was taken into custody on a felony arrest warrant and charged by Woodward Township Police with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia on the evening of Aug. 22, police said. MILL HALL — A former Central Mountain High School student has filed a lawsuit against the Keystone Central School District and a retired teacher/football coach alleging misconduct stemming from a sexual assault that took place in spring 2011. Unauthorized use RAUCHTOWN — On July 31, state police at Lamar were called to a Davidson Road address in Crawford Township to investigate an unauthorized use of a motor vehicle complaint. Through the police investigation, it was learned that a known individual took a tan 2004 Chevrolet Cavalier without the owner’s permission. Police said the victim was a 42-year-old Jersey Shore female.
