Vehicle strikes tree LAMAR — The driver of a 2005 Honda Civic was not injured following a one vehicle crash along Long Run Road in Lamar Township on Aug. 1, state police at Lamar said. Kolton T. Parker, 23, of Lock Haven, was traveling east on the roadway when he failed to negotiate a left hand curve after a deer entered the roadway, police said. The vehicle went straight and struck a tree before continuing down an embankment and becoming partially submerged in a stream, police said.
