HOWARD — State police at Rockview have charged a Howard man with misdemeanor corruption of minors and harassment following an incident that allegedly happened at the Centre County Grange Fair in August. According to the criminal docket information, Hunter Kenneth L. Henney, 21, of Howard, admitted to contacting a 15-year-old boy and sending lewd photos of himself to the teen, according to Trooper Dalton Granville. Theft of fryer oil MILESBURG — Two men were arrested in Boggs Township for the theft of several hundreds of gallons of used fryer oil stolen from Darling Ingredients, on the morning of Sept. 26, according to state police at Rockview.
