On May 17 thousands of US citizens gathered on the National Mall to rededicate themselves as One Nation Under God in preparation for our nation’s 250th birthday. That raises the important question: What makes one nation under God? I submit to you three things that are essential. Walk by Faith program to begin June 3 in Lock Haven

LOCK HAVEN — Covenant United Methodist Church, 44 W. Main St., Lock Haven, has announced the schedule for its 2026 Walk by Faith program, beginning June 3. The program will run each Wednesday at 6 p.m. until Oct. 28, weather permitting. The walks are in seven different locations, are off road and away from traffic and take approximately an hour or less. Participants can walk at their own pace, get lots of fresh air and fellowship with one another while enjoying the beauty of God’s creation.
